Welcome to Founders Found Here, Day One’s new podcast and video series
🎥 We’re SO excited to launch our new podcast, Founders Found Here. While most business podcasts share high-level founder stories, we decided to take a different approach. FFH dives deep into the vulnerable stories and tactical steps that entrepreneurs took when getting their first business off the ground. We provide you with unique topics like:
How a first-time founder cleverly organized his personal finances to obtain a larger line of credit before quitting his job to focus on his startup full-time
How a first-time founder used her travel experience after quitting her NYC corporate job to start bootstrapping a company
How living with some of the financially poorest families in the world helped a first-time founder evolve his perspective on risk
…and so much more
In this first episode, Jake Hurwitz (our CMO) sat down with Andrew Hutton (our CEO) to dig into the history behind Day One and set the tone for the rest of the podcast.

Email marketing can be a great way to improve conversions and retention for your startup. By setting up a lean email stack and focusing on key email types, you can start seeing results quickly and efficiently.
I do believe in us, Valerio. I believe in us more than ever. I believe in us because I have seen what we are capable of. I have seen us at our best and our worst and I have seen that we are capable of anything. I believe in us because I believe that the best is yet to come.
I started selling social media services when I was 17 years old. I created a brand, but no one knew my company's name or what we did. I found online forums and marketplaces for people in need of the services that I provide. I also reached out to other industry figures by any means necessary. This helped me sell my services and build relationships with other social media professionals.
In the last bull market, people experimented with new forms of organization and new economies. In the bear market, people will experiment with new models focused less on price and more on creating sustainable new worlds.
